Thank you Lord & those who prayed for us

Not many of you know the story of our house. We bought it in Utah in the summer of 2004. 6 months later Bill graduated college and found a job that moved us to IL. We couldn't afford to sell it so we found a property management co. and they found us some renters that planned on living in it till Feb. 2008. Prayers answered.
Well after a year with the property management co. we found out that all they were doing was accepting the rent and keeping their share, but not checking up on the property or anything, so we got rid of them, and I became a landlord. Yes me, the pushover, now had to become a landlord 4 states away from the house.
Then a year later, my tenants got a divorce and the man was up in the air about renewing. Prayed, prayed, prayed, is what I did, and one day he called up and said he would renew. Yes thank you! So that would lead us to 2007. And did we ever have problems this year. Every month he would call and say something was wrong. My mom then became my property manager (pro bono thank you) and went to the house to check on things. But our key no longer fit in the key hole because they had been changed! Surprise to me. And that was just a minor surprise for what else would happen. I will not go into what had happened, you wouldn't take the time to read it.
The first weekend in November, the tenant sent me a cowardly email telling me he was out of the house and not paying rent. Now stress and tears have repeatedly since that horrible day. Since I am in school Bill has been dealing with most of the realtor stuff, as I have been dealing with the maintenance stuff. What a pain for both of us since we are still 4 states away. It took over a month to get it on the market. Monday, Dec. 10 it was up for sale, and Friday Dec 15, after counter offerings went through, we accepted a deal. Woo woo! Prayers can be answered, and thank you so much to all those that prayed for us. I don't know if we could have done it with out them. We love you and saying thank you does not express hoe grateful we truly are.
