Thanks for the tag Kar, love your guts! K so this is a truth tag, you have to tell 10 truths about yourself then tag others. If you are an avid reader of my blog and facebook, these might be repeats for you (I will try to throw in something extra), just skip ahead, otherwise beware!
1. I am with Karlee on the terrified to have kids thing, although, unlike her, I am not sure that I even want them. Yes, I know, all you Mormons are gasping at this point. Let me remind you I did tell you beware. I am sure that my grams is whipping out the scriptures now to recite certain verses to me, but really, I don't have that maternal want so I figure if God wants me to have a child he will give me an oops. Please don't jinx me though. Maybe someday I will, but not today.
2. I wish I could speak Spanish, Italian, and French fluently. And then act really snobby about speaking 4 languages.
3. I would like to get a yellow lab and call it Chiquita, like the banana.
4. I wish I was funny, not looking but like funny haha. Funny people rock my socks.
5. My madre is my best friend who acts like a mom,therefore has the power to drive me nuts like a mom, but I can't go tell my best friend about my mom driving me nuts cause she is my mom!
6. I consistently have dreams about sleeping on clouds and have tried to mock them with my bedding, it is pretty dang comfy, but still not cloud worthy. Shoot
7. I am a germ freak, but definitely not a clean freak. I wish my house and car were more organized, but I guess since I do it all day long at work I just can't make myself get into it when I get home. But I think I have the least germs on my light switches than anyone else I know.
8. If I could write a book, I would. It would probably be a chick lit, one of the characters would be a blond, cause blonds have more fun.
9. I have blond eyelash syndrome, meaning the tips of my lashes are blond and fine and so I do whatever it takes to get them black and thick with out going fake. With that being said I think I have about 6 tubes of mascara in my make-up box as we speak and I use them all on a regular basis. I Use 2-3 everyday depending on how many coats I put on.
10. Last but definitely not least I love Bill nuff said!
K so on to Vegas. We stayed at the Excalibur Hotel and I might recommend that you spend a little more money and stay somewhere else, cause the place is kind of a ghetto castle.
We had a great V day. I am not big on Valentines, I think it is all Hallmark and nobody should feel bad about not having a partner just because it is February 14th. Also I think you should show the ones you love daily. But anything that gets me presents I am welcome to, so I guess we can keep it. Therefore, this year I got this awesome purse and boots from the hubs, he also got me a flower of course, and my mom gave us some flowers too. She rocks!
Both Bill and I were pretty sick of pictures and so this is about all we got. Self portraits of us waiting to be seated at the Cheesecake Factory. SO tender
Bill was ecstatic for me to take this of him.
And this is the view from our room, good thing we had black out drapes, otherwise we never would have gotten any sleep. And before you ask, we did not win anything and lost a few dollars
:( I should have just spent it all shopping, stupid slots, def not loose enough.
