We were way pass due for some good relaxing. We have just been doing work, work, work, trying to make ends meet. We couldn't take it any more. Thank goodness for 3 day weekends. We just took a little half hour trip and stayed in a hotel for a couple nights. Friends came to visit, I spent my birthday money, and we just hung out on the bed and relaxed. Hopefully our next vacation will be futher away, but this one was nice.
So, when your child comes home and says they want a tattoo, show them this picture. This is what it looks like when you get it removed. That is the blister that forms from the laser burning the skin and dispersing the ink from the tattoo.

This is day 4. All the little blisters turned into one monster guy. It will soon get better, and like every blister, will either pop, eww, or dry up and go away. The area itches like crazy for about 3 weeks because the bodies natural reaction to the process. Then I go back and have another treatment on it! What fun. Thank goodness there are some cool plastic surgeons where I work and they tell everyone I was a gang member so I can get it done pro bono!!!

My mom sent me a grab bag full of fun things, then Bill let me shop like crazy, and he didn't even say a word when the cashier told us how much!
My mom also sent this pic of Christ, it's my favorite because there are kids of a different races in it. Very important!
